We collect information needed to operate, secure and improve the Site.

Privacy choices

Depending on location, you may have access, deletion, correction and opt-out rights.

01

Who we are and scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to CorporateTraveler.com and related services operated by Asian Airfares Group, LLC, doing business as CorporateTraveler.com ("CorporateTraveler," "we," "us," or "our").

CorporateTraveler.com provides flight-search, comparison, advertising and referral services. This Policy applies to information collected through our Site and communications that expressly link to this Policy.

It does not govern information that an airline, booking platform, Travelpayouts or another independent third party collects under its own privacy policy.

02

Information we collect

Information you provide

Depending on the features you use, you may provide information such as your name, email address, messages or support requests, marketing preferences, account information if account functionality is offered, and travel-search details such as origin, destination, dates and passenger counts.

Information collected automatically

Our systems and service providers may receive IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from technical information, referring and destination URLs, pages viewed, search interactions, timestamps, clicks, referral activity, cookie identifiers and diagnostic or security information.

03

Payment, passport and booking information

CorporateTraveler.com does not currently complete airline bookings directly on the Site.

When you select an offer, you may leave CorporateTraveler.com and complete the transaction with an airline, travel agency or other booking provider.

Payment-card information, passport information, government identification, ticketing information and other information required to complete a booking is therefore generally entered directly on the Travel Provider's website rather than submitted to CorporateTraveler.com.

The receiving provider determines how that information is collected, used, retained and secured under its own privacy policy and terms.

04

How we use information

We may use information to provide flight-search functionality, display relevant travel options, remember preferences, respond to inquiries, maintain and secure the Site, detect misuse, analyze performance, improve features, measure referrals and affiliate performance, comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Where you request communications or where permitted by law, we may use contact information to send service notices or marketing communications. Marketing communications can be unsubscribed from using the method provided in the message.

06

Cookies and similar technologies

CorporateTraveler.com and third parties supporting the Site may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, scripts and similar technologies for necessary functionality, security, analytics, referral attribution and advertising measurement.

For details and controls, review our Cookie Policy.

07

Travelpayouts and affiliate technology

CorporateTraveler.com participates in travel affiliate programs and uses affiliate technology available through Travelpayouts.

Affiliate links, widgets, search tools, APIs or referral parameters may be used to present travel offers and connect visitors with participating travel providers. Travelpayouts and/or participating brands may use cookies or identifiers to attribute visits or qualifying transactions to CorporateTraveler.com.

Travelpayouts and participating travel brands are independent third parties and may process information under their own privacy and cookie policies.

08

When information may be disclosed

We may disclose information to hosting, infrastructure, security and analytics providers; advertising or measurement providers where applicable; Travelpayouts and affiliate partners for referral attribution; travel providers when you choose to interact with them; professional advisers; authorities where legally required; and successors in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring or sale of assets.

We may also use or disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual, subject to applicable law.

09

Third-party Travel Providers and websites

Once you leave CorporateTraveler.com, the third party you visit may independently collect information, including information necessary to search, reserve or purchase travel. We do not control independent third-party privacy practices.

We encourage you to review the privacy and cookie policies of the applicable provider before submitting personal, financial or travel-document information.

10

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, satisfying legal or accounting obligations and enforcing agreements.

Independent third parties such as Travelpayouts, analytics services and Travel Providers maintain information according to their own retention practices.

11

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No Internet transmission, network, website, database or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12

International processing and transfers

CorporateTraveler.com serves users internationally. We and service providers supporting the Site may process information in the United States and other countries with data-protection rules different from those in your country of residence.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards are used for cross-border transfers. Independent third parties process information in locations described in their own policies.

13

Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or portability of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale or sharing; and appeal certain privacy-request decisions.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

14

California and other U.S. state privacy disclosures

Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have additional privacy rights, including rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability and certain opt-outs.

CorporateTraveler.com does not sell personal information for cash. However, some advertising, analytics or affiliate technologies may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under certain state laws even when no money is paid in exchange for personal information.

Where required and technically applicable, we honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Cookie and advertising choices can also be managed through our Cookie Policy.

15

EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland

If European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Swiss data-protection law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing and, in certain circumstances, receive data portability.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for your jurisdiction.

16

Children's privacy

CorporateTraveler.com is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected in circumstances requiring parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

17

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technologies, partners or legal requirements change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Where required by law, we may provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
