Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CorporateTraveler.com, including its pages, flight-search tools, links, content and related services (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Asian Airfares Group, LLC, doing business as CorporateTraveler.com ("CorporateTraveler," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

CorporateTraveler.com is a flight-search, comparison, advertising and referral service. We help users discover travel options made available by airlines, travel agencies, booking platforms, affiliate networks, advertising partners and other independent travel providers.

CorporateTraveler.com participates in travel affiliate programs and may use affiliate links, widgets, search technology, APIs or related tools available through Travelpayouts and participating travel brands.

We may receive a commission, referral fee or other compensation when a user follows certain links or completes a qualifying transaction. Affiliate compensation supports operation of the Site.

Travelpayouts, airlines, travel agencies and other participating providers are independent third parties. Their presence on the Site does not mean CorporateTraveler.com owns, operates or controls those providers.

CorporateTraveler.com does not currently complete flight bookings directly on the Site. When you select an offer, you may be redirected to an airline, online travel agency or other travel provider ("Travel Provider") to review and complete your reservation.

Your booking is governed by the Travel Provider's own terms, privacy policy, fare rules, cancellation conditions and customer-service policies. You should review those terms before completing a purchase.

Questions concerning payment, ticket issuance, reservation confirmation, changes, cancellations, refunds, credits, baggage, seating or loyalty benefits should normally be directed to the Travel Provider identified on your confirmation.

Flight prices, schedules, seat availability, baggage information, taxes, fees, exchange rates and other travel information can change frequently and may be supplied by third parties. We cannot guarantee that information displayed on the Site will remain available or identical when you reach the Travel Provider's website.

A displayed fare is not guaranteed until the applicable Travel Provider accepts and confirms the booking. You are responsible for checking the final total, currency, itinerary, traveler information, airports, dates, cabin and fare restrictions before payment.

You are responsible for ensuring that traveler names and itinerary details are correct and that you possess any passports, visas, permits, health documents or other materials required for travel.

• Review airline check-in and airport requirements.
• Confirm entry, transit and destination requirements through authoritative sources.
• Understand baggage, change, cancellation, refund and no-show rules.
• Allow adequate time for airport transfers, connections and security.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site for lawful travel-search purposes. You may not use the Site to commit fraud, disrupt systems, circumvent security, introduce malicious software, impersonate others, or infringe intellectual-property rights.

Without our prior written authorization, you may not scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, index, reverse engineer or commercially exploit substantial parts of the Site or its databases through automated means, except for legitimate automated access that we expressly authorize.

The Site contains links, widgets, advertisements, search results and technology supplied by third parties. We do not control independent third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, products, services or privacy practices.

Your interaction or transaction with a third party is between you and that third party and may be governed by separate terms and policies.

Except for third-party materials, the Site and its original design, software, text, graphics, databases, compilation, branding and other content are owned by or licensed to CorporateTraveler.com and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Airline names, logos, travel-provider marks and other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its information are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of information supplied by independent third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CorporateTraveler.com, Asian Airfares Group, LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, affiliates and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Site.

We are not responsible for losses arising from a Travel Provider's cancellation, delay, schedule change, overbooking, pricing decision, refund decision, insolvency, baggage handling or other act or omission, or from events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Site when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, users or third parties; address misuse or security issues; comply with law; or discontinue a feature or service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Waiver

A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement concerning your use of the Site and supersede prior terms concerning the same subject.

Governing law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you are not waived.

Jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory rights under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site may be brought in courts having jurisdiction in San Francisco, California.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory law applicable to users in Australia.
